nouveGnomeGray is a set of amazing gray light icons for Gnome-based desktops that can fit with dark themes. In this tutorial we will help you install and enable nouveGnomeGray under Ubuntu 12.04 (Precise Pangolin) and Ubuntu 11.10 (Oneiric Ocelot).
nouveGnomeGray Installation
Open the terminal (Ctrl+Alt+T) and issue these commands to install nouveGnomeGray on Ubuntu:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:upubuntu-com/themes
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install nouvegnomegray
Enable now this icon theme with this command:
gsettings set org.gnome.desktop.interface icon-theme 'nouveGnomeGray'
