cd /tmp && wget -O linux-image-3.3.2-generic_i386.deb http://goo.gl/BysgM


sudo dpkg -i linux-image-3.3.2-generic_i386.deb


  • Ubuntu (amd64 / 64-bit)

Commands:

cd /tmp && wget -O linux-headers-3.3.2_all.deb http://goo.gl/YuD5C


sudo dpkg -i linux-headers-3.3.2_all.deb


cd /tmp && wget -O linux-headers-3.3.2-generic_amd64.deb http://goo.gl/dGP4k


sudo dpkg -i linux-headers-3.3.2-generic_amd64.deb


cd /tmp && wget -O linux-image-3.3.2-generic_amd64.deb http://goo.gl/eGu6A


sudo dpkg -i linux-image-3.3.2-generic_amd64.deb

Reboot now your system and then verify your current kernel version with this command:

uname -r

Outputs:
