Launch the terminal (Ctrl+Alt+T) and run these commands:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:freefilesync/ffs
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install freefilesync
Launch now FreeFileSync from the Unity Dash to start folder synchronization.
