AutoWifi is a useful application that allows Linux users to login automatically to free WiFi hotspots that require web-based authentication. Working in the systray, AutoWifi will login securely to a hotspot once an SSID is matched.

This will make you avoid the hassle of web-based authentications for free hotspots and make your connection longer as if you are connecting via a LAN.
