This theme is called Adwaita Cupertino, which will make Ubuntu look like Mac OS X. We will help you step by step until you install this theme on your system.
Adwaita Cupertino Installation
Under Ubuntu 11.10, open the terminal and run this sequence of commands to install Adwaita Cupertino:
wget -O Adwaita-Cupertino.zip http://goo.gl/Y3vnS
unzip Adwaita-Cupertino.zip -d ~/.themes
To enable the theme, use this command:
gsettings set org.gnome.desktop.interface gtk-theme 'Adwaita Cupertino L'
To enable the window theme for Adwaita Cupertino, use this command:
gconftool-2 --set --type string /apps/metacity/general/theme 'Adwaita Cupertino L'
