X-Moto is a classic and addictive 2D motocross game based on the popular Elasto Mania game. The player has to control his bike with the aim of collecting objects and passing obstacles to finish levels; physics plays a big role in this game.

The game is available in the official Ubuntu repository, but you need to install the PlayDeb repository to get the latest version of this game, you can do it here. Then open the terminal and run this command to install X-Moto on Ubuntu:

sudo apt-get install xmoto

You can then start the game via The Unity dash:

To accelerate use the up arrow key, and down arrow key to brake. To stabilize the bike during high jumps, use the left/right arrow keys. To switch the direction, use the space bar.
