cat /proc/cpuinfo

To disable a CPU core, run now this command:

echo 0 | sudo tee /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu1/online

To enable it, use this command:

echo 1 | sudo tee /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu1/online
