Monitor Internet and Network Traffic In Real-Time On Ubuntu With IPTraf

IPTraf is a command line tool that allows Ubuntu users to monitor network statistics of the following:
- TCP Info
- UDP Counts
- ICMP Info
- OSPF Info
- Node Stats
- IP Checksum Errors
- Ethernet Load Info, etc.
To install IPTraf on Ubuntu 11.04/10.10/10.04, run this command from the Terminal:
sudo apt-get install iptraf
To start IPTraf, issue this command:
sudo iptraf
Use then your keyboard Enter and arrow keys to start monitoring your network and Internet traffic in real-time.
