Frogr is lightweight application that can be installed smoothly in the GNOME desktop and allows Ubuntu users to manage their Flickr accounts remotely. With Frogr, you can upload images, add descriptions, tags, add to groups, etc.

To install Frogr (v0.5) on Ubuntu 11.04/10.10/10.04, issue these commands from the Terminal:

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:mariospr/frogr
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install frogr

To launch it, search for frogr using the dash:

On your first use of Frogr, you have to authorize it to access your Flickr account online (a web page will open automatically).
